On December 21, Guangbo Group held 2011 department working plan analysis meeting. Summarize 2010's work, analyse the situation that faces currently, mobilize and deploy production work in 2011. Guangbo Group President Wang Liping, general manager Wang Junping, subsidiary company's middle management staff, functional department manager work and analysis staff members attended the meeting. 

At the meeting, each department made a summary and analysis of operating conditions in 2010. After hearing of the report, President Wang Liping pointed out, each department should  fully realize the current production situation, make clear the necessity and urgency of work objectives, unify our thinking and raise awareness. Should strengthen the study, master professional knowledge of job analysis, stick to enhance work effectiveness with professional  analysis method, systematic analysis procedure, standardized operating mode. Should according to  demands of Group work development, establish work mechanisms, make clear responsibility,  implement job description, ensure the smooth development of the whole production work in 2011.
